STEM-Powered Teams: Building Collaborative Creations

Strong relationships are essential in any organisation. Not only do they support staff wellbeing and retention, they are the key that unlock collaboration, trust and innovation.
STEM activities and team-building go hand in hand – this is as clear in adults as it is in children! They promote open dialogue, laughter, playfulness, active listening, cooperation and sense of shared success – all important ingredients of strong relationships.
In this playful workshop, participants are invited to enjoy my exciting range of STEM resources before diving into a series of collaborative STEM challenges. Throughout the session, we explore what it means to be part of an effective team and actively work on the desired attributes – we also have a lot of fun and laughter along the way!
